The history of the company W. D. Textil began in 1989. with the name DAWIC. The founder of this successful company is the Miler family. Following the first title, in 1994. the name was changed into the final W. D. Textil. The company since its inception until present day is engaged in the production and trade of cotton, viscose, linen and synthetic yarns, and to all types of knitted fabrics and fabrics from the previously mentioned primary raw material. Systematic market orientations and operations since 2011. until today, the company is working on our own production of knitted fabrics, mainly intended for children’s and adult’s underwear. Since 2015, the company obtained the GOTS and Oeko Tex 100 certificate, and became one of the regional leaders for organic knitted fabrics for various purposes. The company has invested in circular knitting machines with best and world-renowned manufacturers such as Mayer & Cie and Pai Lung, which work with “high speed” technology, and therefore require the use of best cotton and other fibres yarn. Production investment is realized in Greece in cooperation with the local business partner, who is with his experience in textile production present on the European market more than 60 years.
